Day 18: One month away

I can’t believe that my concert is 1 month away today. That thought thrills and scares me all at the same time. Jana Stanfield’s song, “What would I do today if I were brave?” is pacing through my head! And then I think, “Paula, what is there to be scared about, really?

Can we stand up for who we are without our knees buckling underneath us? Yes, we can — the moment we remember our legs are like roots of a tree that extend far deeper into Mother Nature than we might first imagine.
