Day 27: Weighing Me Down

Today I felt heavy… physically and emotionally. This is the first day in a while that I’ve felt this way. And it’s almost ironic since tomorrow we wrap up this ‘lightening journey’. Nothing like ending it with a big ol’ thud, huh?

I get that not everyday I’ll be flying higher than a kite. But it felt like I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. Ouch, it’s heavy!
