When the Soul Says Yes

Tomorrow I’m singing at a fabulous workshop co-led by a dear friend of mine, Shannon Duke. The workshop name alone piqued my interest:

When the Body Says No…
When the Soul Says Yes

I’m so thrilled to share the stage with Shannon. She is a guiding light in my life — someone whose mere presence inspires me to be my most authentic self. As I sit in the quiet this morning, I know this workshop is a vehicle through which Spirit creates. Hearts will gather to share in wisdom, laughter and joy. Waves of energy will spiral out into the world as nurtured souls leave and walk their path once more.

I send an extra ray of sunshine to Shannon today, so that she is reminded of her divinity. The angels are so proud of you my friend as your soul whispers Y-E-S!

    I sit in quiet awe of all the incredible goodness in my life….thank you for being a part of it! Can’t wait to feel your spirit and hear your angelic voice tomorrow.

    Dear Shannon,
    I must share with you what a profound experience this morning was for me. I was so deeply touched. You have this soft, peaceful aura about you and Dr. Mate’s intuition is laser sharp. Together you make an irresistible duo! What a rich, soulful, heartwarming and revealing conversation. Thank you! You are soooo precious. I feel such a connection to the vibrant soul that you are. AND there are so many people I would love to invite the next time you two share the stage. On a personal note, much surfaced for me as I sat and listened and absorbed. Some I’m even afraid to admit. But I know that I must. My body is telling me so. Gentle is my path forward.
