Word of the Week: Crave
Since arriving home from my San Francisco workshops, I’ve been full-tilt into heavy consulting hours. It’s been great for my creative juices and bank account. But I’ve also noticed a storm brewing inside… the part of me that doesn’t quite like the pace I’ve been keeping… the part of me that wants more space to just be and follow my nose. I’m craving some time to work on my creative projects, get my e-letter out and organize my office. I’m craving time to just write in my journal and do yoga in my pj’s. I’m craving an afternoon in a coffee shop to people watch, or a matinĂ©e, and a walk through the forest to say hello to the naked trees.
My job this week? Attend to these cravings of mine! They are delicious ones to have.
So, my word of the week is CRAVE. What’s yours?
My word of the week: SACRED SILENCE
(Okay, so it’s two words.)
It is in sacred silence that I hear my soul-song, the beautiful, joy-full expression of Life. In silence, I connect with the Universal Oneness within, taking guidance from the gentle flow of wisdom. BE-ing the gentle flow of wisdom.
When the pace quickens and I begin to feel that same storm brewing inside, I return to Sacred Silence to reconnect with Spirit and realign my Self with Spirit.
Hi Renee… I open my arms to greet you!
Sacred Silence feels yummy to me! This too I CRAVE.
And it is just a breath away. ALWAYS.
In the sacred silence I remember who I am.
I remember all is well. I remember my way home.
Isn’t the scenery breathtaking? Hugs, Paula
